    The Mussenden Temple in the 18th century ruins of Downhill Demesne, Northern Ireland, hosts an annual Midsummer concert for the National Trust. It was a real joy to travel out to perform to two sell-out audiences in this unique, tiny building right on the coast. Hearing the waves beneath you as you sing is certainly an experience - and one I got to share with Madeleine Holmes, Harry Bagnall and John Murton as the Company of Singers quartet. The recital of choral classics and close harmony numbers was well received, and the singers were given a warm reception by audience and local press alike.
